Data Scientist, SVA
Bonian Riebe has worked in the health domain for several years. Here he has worked with parallelization on GPUs for blood cell detection in images, wrote python & R scripts for statistical analysis of laser fluorescence and electron microscopy images and analyzed influence of tumor gene expression on body pathways. Additional to his experience in bioinformatics and image analysis he has gained knowledge by fine-tuning transformer models and ASR topics for better support of the German language in the field of NLP. The very heterogeneous requirements of hospitals and health data enable him to create solutions fitting very different customer needs. Presentations at NVIDIA GTC 2021 & 2022
